Thanks for your support FS Friends much appreciated been trying so long to loose weight but it took for me to be I’ll for 2weeks for this weight loss to kick in .Still waiting for letter from hospital but in the mean time I shall keep trying.Having this gallbladder flare up this time has really made me think about what I eat at the moment as to not kick this pain off again
