No, I make them myself. Check my album, I have the recipe there. Today instead of cottage cheese in batter I used two tbsp of plain yoghurt. 😁

Any help on how to access the album for the recipe? My weight won’t budge … exercise and reduced calories… I think I just need to increase protein and reduce fat😖 I’d rather do a 100 burpees it’s seems easier than fixing my eating #struggle

Hello hudagl, oh man it sucks when that happens.
What are your total calories per day? Are you eating +- 500 deficit?
Check my posts, around July. More protein is always good, definitely helps with feeling fuller too.
