Have started the fall schedule at the gym. still walking treadmill but have added some different classes each day. Dropped the pilates class, just too hard on my tailbone. Really liking the Barre class, dripping sweat and super hard, but in a good way. Water aerobics, lite yoga, and a couple other fitness classes round out the week. 23 days til we leave on cruise. Can't wait! The grandsons and I have all kinds of things we want to do. Of course, their plans include every ice cream place on the ship!
