Week 1 Done. Feel pretty happy. Now I just need to start doing some exercises. Will be starting a 30 day Squat challenge together with a 30 day Jumping Jack challenge (doing the modified version) today.
For today I will be eating my Maintenance Calories, then it's back to my deficit. Week 2 here I come!
