I’m trying to keep a record…I have struggled with depression over the last 18 months and I’m the kind of person who comfort eats, also binges, secret eats ‘ comfort food’. So I’m also aware that I am a classic yo yo dieter… I’ve read all the info on ‘ diets don’t work’ how you lose and then gain plus some… I used to be gaining and losing the same couple if stone - always 2 or 3 stone overweight. Now I’m 6 stone more than top if BMI but tbh, I’d like to lose 2 dress sizes. I’m squeezing into a GB size 18 and some fitted clothes don’t do up, so I’m really a size 20. I’d be happy at a 16 which means losing 2.5 stone.
