Well I did trough out my back trying to do some extra exercise. That made it real difficult to get to the fridge 🤣🤣

keeping busy and active is key on weekends. It helps stop impulsive eating and takes your mind off cravings

Go for a 3 hour bike ride on Saturday and Sunday.
Don't keep garbage in your house. If you're serious about sticking to your plan, this should already be done. If you binge on bread, stop buying bread if that's what it takes (worked for me). Doing this helped me build discipline.
When there is the occasional box of rusks, packet of chips, or even a loaf of bread, it's now much easier to control myself and eat it over a few days.
Sometimes the garbage still finds its way into the house (family, braais etc). Discipline is the key to freedom.

How about having one legal treat on a weekend, but staying within your weekly limit. Too many restrictions makes it easy to give up.

I know my weaknesses and one cheat opens me up to over indulgence and I tend to justify it with..."well it's part of the cheat meal"
