Oh my gosh!! I am starving today! What is my deal?? I just can't seem to get full. I must concentrate on making good food choices, and drinking lots of water.

Stick with it girl. It means you are loosing weight and your body is not want it to go.

I am not sure what to say but keep at it over and over mentally is a big plus.

Since your on Atkins have you thought about adding more fat coconut oil would be a good one to add.

MyJazzy2 cheering is misleading. Don't do it to your self. Your body will come back at you with vengeance. Persistent consumption of coconut oil may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease. It's ok for personal use. You starving because you have had only 772 kcal yesterday, at least that is part of it. Our own diet calendar can tell a lot to us about oneself. (Lean) protein will take care of hunger. No processed food of ANY KIND-boxed. bagged, bottled(salad dressing. dips and so on), they are loaded with carbs:sugar, corn syrup, starch ex. And story goes on.
