Had Chinese buffet 2 days in a row. Never dreamed I could go to one and not eat fried rice. I am a rice lover, sweet or savory. So many other choices that are carb friendly that I don't even miss the rice. Have to be careful about the sauces tho, some are sweet. And of course the sodium!! But water weight will pass (pun intended!). Have a great weekend everyone!
