Been spiralling for the last few months. Keep hoping that it would end every month. I need to start pushing myself as I’ve gained half of the weight that I lost in the beginning of last year. Need to stop thinking about that though and start doing the work and getting the results I want. I know this is late but here is hoping things will turn around in the new year.
