tough week...holding steady....way too many social events this week BUT I really did not gain, which in itself is remarkable.
I've been lifting weights especially for my arms and ran on the treadmill for a good 40 minutes...total time was 1hr and 5 minutes on treadmill, 20 minutes on stationery bike.
