Hi everyone! This was my 1st week back with pool therapy at the Y, & I gained 2 lbs. I was pretty good with my food intake, so I think it must be that my muscles are retaining water from the sudden increase in exercise. At least I hope that was it. Before I was doing pool therapy on TUES & THURS, but I've changed to MON, WED & FRI's, hoping to speed up my weight loss a little. I've been so sore since MON, but am determined to stay positive in spite of the pain & the weight gain, & to eat right this week & get busy losing the weight I need to finally have my hip replaced.
