wow, you weigh several times a day!! I'm just a once a dayer--too depressed if I weigh more. I;m new here and enjoyed reading your posts. I have played around for several years and I'm so tired of being 40 lbs overweigh. I just don't know where to start (though I start every morning with good intentions!!)
