My protein goal is going to be 47 g a day on this challenge. I am going to be trying a low glutamate diet to see if my nervous system problems are helped by it. I am still bloated and constipated from earlier, so not posting my weight accordingly. I am unhappy with the weight gain from the IBS and it's requisite bloating and constipation. Don't expect to see what I really weigh until my IBS stops flaring.
