I didn’t have any weight loss goals but I do have fat loss goal. I have little bit of fat around back side of waist and little on mid section. I can see 4 packs. Now I have decided to lose 7-8 lbs goal weight is 165lbs and my current weight is roughly 171 lbs probably I might have gained 2-3 lbs due to holidays I have been doing 20:4 fasting I decided to break fast 5 pm everyday day so that even if my feeding window ends 5am it’s still 12 hours as my current fasting schedule puts me to binge eating very often probably that’s too restrictive for guy like me.
