I've been away traveling for a couple of months. Because internet access was rare, it was difficult to maintain my food tracking. So, I didn't. I remained very active. I mostly ate well, but my portion control got out of control too often. A 3.2 lbs gain is not unexpected. It is going to require some effort to get it off.
