So basically, no change from last Friday morning’s weigh in. Up a fraction 0.2 from last week’s 198.9.. so I will try to tweak something to see what I can come up with. 11 weeks to go, and roughly 9 pounds to lose. And believe it or not I ate fish every night so maybe I need to cut the calories a tad more. Today’s workout will be shoulders at some point. For me it’s about three things: getting a good pump lots of volume 15 to 20 rep range is common and trying to do some forced reps/ failure reps but with my wife and training partner away on business, that can be tricky. Overall: 9 weeks in and I’ve lost 8.2#. Slow and steady, apparently. Have a great Easter weekend y’all.
