breakfast Protein Shake or yogurt and cottage cheese or overnight Oats..lunch usually a brown wrap with mince and cabbage or egg wrap. dinner roasted veggies in airfryer or raw cabbage with chicken strips a teaspoon mayo for the cabbage and topped with cherry tomatoes and half avo .. snacks are either apple or some popcorn

I love eggs or flax porridge for breakfast, with coffee. Today I had 2eggs & half an avo. Yesterday I had scrambled eggs with feta and basil.
Lunch- curry and veg or flaxseed bread with marmite & cheese, or tuna salad. I like to make a meal for the week for lunches. Tuesday I’ll make a red Thai chicken curry for the rest of this week, with cauliflower and broccoli. I sometimes have canned mackerel with salad.
Dinner- protein and veg. Tonight was roast chicken, peas carrots onions and cauliflower puree. Yesterday was warthog roast with carrots & onions. The day before was chicken, broccoli & Mediterranean roast veggies.

Cereal for breakfast
Lunch I like bread with tomato/onion, Vienna/ fish finger and an egg… some cucumber on the side sometimes
Dinner I have whatever we eat as a family, but a somewhat lower calorie version

I’m not a good example for anyone! Extremely finicky eater and I don’t mind eating the same things day after day. It’s usually bread, either with cheese & tomato, or with eggs, or with a veggie burger. And a cup of tea. I’ve stopped trying to force myself to eat things I hate - it never helped me lose weight anyway.

Katrina I can also eat the same thing forever 😂😂 I have eaten eggs for breakfast 6 days out of 7 for the last five years 😆

I only eat twice a day and try to keep 16:8 IF. I don’t eat any starch or sugar. I make sure I eat a healthy high protein and fat breakfast which lasts me through to supper at five. Supper consists of a protein and veggies.
Examples:
Breakfast
Omelette with cheese and double cream yoghurt or biltong and yoghurt.
Supper
Some protein (fish,chicken,beef or pork) and veggies mainly (leafy greens, beans, broccoli,tomato, cucumber and onions)
The fat on my stomach reduced very quickly when I excluded starch.
