Have to change my diet without going over the calorie intake per day. Have egg white omelette for lunch and salmon 200 grams at dinner time.I set my food diary in am as I shop daily and know exactly what I need and fresh daily.I love this app. Love reading all the comments..everyone has their own challenges and goals. It actually helps a lot.
