Lamapa515,,,sadly as our age creeps ups on us it seems so does our darn weight!! No matter what, we are all here for basically the same reason. To get healthy! Let’s help each other conquer how we think of ourselves in any negative light (lots of us beat ourselves up) and accept the who that we are now so we can move forward with grace ☺️
