didnt post yesterday bc I didnt have anything to share that was noteworthy. Today, however Im pretty excited.. I ordered some new tennis shoes for the gym and a weight lifting belt. I cant wait to use them both!! they get here today .. ON a side note, BB.com asked me for a updated pic so thought Id share here.. all though there is only a 5-6 lbs difference in the weight on these pics, there is a noticeable change in my size, muscles here and there, smaller arms and hips..

nice work!....what shoes did you get?...were they for running...specific to weightlifting...Zumba...crossfit? (each has its own characteristic)

I got the sketchers go walk flex with out the laces great for walking/jogging. Ive seen some ladies at my gym use when lifting all though I might, not on a leg day LOL. I plan to get some crossfit lifter training shoes next.. but Im not there yet.. soon though..
