Morning, y'all! I hadn't planned on fasting yesterday, but I'm glad that I did. It was an accidental fast. I ate sardines Sunday evening for dinner (and shrimp). I was so full that I didn't have any hunger signals, but I did have a very FULL signal, as though I'd eaten a big Thanksgiving dinner. I think that I'm resetting to my natural hunger signals instead of what I've been doing by habit and expectations. When I look back to when I was very slender, I was a very light eater. I find that to be an interesting realization.

It's a process ... that's for sure. As we get older our needs change ... but at the same time we need to heal the damage we have done to our bodies, too. I think you are doing great!
