It’s gonna be hard, why? Because at 195 and around 15 percent body fat maybe a tad more, I like the look and feel comfortable. When I did my previous cut from 207 to 186, I wasn’t crazy about the look at 207. I’m 58, and it’s super hard as you get older to lose weight. There were days where I ate 1500 cals and it was brutal. Currently around 2400 down from 3000 so I’m going to have to really trim more calories to get to 180#. Gonna be a challenge. Vacation 11-8. Two a day cardio 25/30 mins each plus weights 5x a week.

I would think you could do it with no less than 2000 calories just to keep up your muscle... but what do I know- I'm not a 58 year old male. 😁 Good luck!
