Mayhem78's Dagbog, 15 feb 16

well after being ill last week i rested from exercise and didnt diet as i thought the body didnt need more stress being in a deficit.SAying that i still lost a lb so am happy haha.Back to it today, 2 hr sprint seshion at the track n an hr gym sesh...back to it...grrrr :)
72,6 kg Indtil videre tabt: 3,6 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 9,1 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
