Here comes the boom ! Im two for two for two days on the road to recovery. Today is day 3 and all though i woke up late, 7am not 430 am (its my day off) I still went to the gym. I sat here and procrastinated about going and made plan to go later in the day but then I remembered a post by Dr. Jim Stoppani (im in love with him by the way) on FaceBook about how it doesnt matter when you work out as long as you work out but be consistent and work out the same time of day every day. So I packed it up, drank my pre work out and hauled my cookies to the gym. All though Im not 100%, I still got in a stellar work out. Came home to my vegan shake and then made some "roll ups" outta ham, swiss, and salad greens that I shared with my fur babies. The rest of the day will be spent cleaning my lair and binge watching Netflix.. I hope where ever you are today, you day is as great as mine, and remember,only you can let negativity bring you down.. no one else! Cheers..
