I've been eating a lot of comfort food, and using sugar as a drug to mask this months-long Fibro flare-up. It helps short term, but not long term, and is nothing but a viscous cycle of pain/eat wrong food/brain happy/body worse. It's going to be hard to break the cycle, but I'm on the verge of going up a clothing size and I'm NOT going to to.that!!! 😁🙂↔️
