I’m up and down like a yo-yo & I now have 2.1kgs to lose but I will do it. It will be better when I go back home to South Africa as I will get more walking in. I play golf 3 times a week over there but only once a week here. The weather has been shocking this year. Hope you are all have a great week with what you eat & exercise. 🤗
