It's OK to not eat if you're not hungry. Just count it as an fasting day. ( unless you don't feel good, ya know!) I wasn't in the non obese till i was in my 160s. You're doing so well

Not work. My daughter made a new friend. The first day they hung out she came home and told me something bad was happening to her at home but wasn't exactly sure what. The next day- Thursday-she gave me more info and I went straight to the police station. DCFS asked if we could provide safe protective custody for the evening and I said yes. Then she asked if we'd be willing to do it permanently and I said yes. So it's been a busy few days with lots of changes and we have a foster daughter. 😊🤸‍♂️ This is all new to me and David but we are both willing to do whatever we can to put her in a stable, loving home. I'm sure he'll have her lifting in no time. But seriously- I am praying for this situation and for her. She's been through so much.  

My last sentence in the original post didn't make sense... must have autocorrected but I didn't notice and don't know what I meant. 🤷‍♀️ 

Bless your heart. Having come from a very “tumultuous” situation when a child you may have no idea what a difference you are making. Both of you. How old is the child? Safe home environment means everything
