Ok, I weighed yesterday about noon to start my challenge. I didn't get any training type exercises done but I did work around the house so that is more exercise than I get during the week. We also rescued 2 dogs off the highway yesterday so that was some exercise getting them in the car.
My diet was poor yesterday for the most part. We had McDonalds for lunch and I didn't eat dinner other than a jello snack and an apple. Cereal for breakfast.
Not a bad day to start a challenge. It would have been nice to have made it to the park with the dogs though. Plus I could have had more exercise if I had cleaned house in the evening rather than sit in front of the TV. TV bad, cleaning good.
