Really pleased with this week’s loss. I’ve started a new job, alongside 7 other newbies. Lots of sugary and fatty foods were available (chocolates, sweets, biscuits and cakes) for sharing but I didn’t partake. I’ve been listening to Allen carr’s stop emotional eating on audible and that advocates a complete stop to all junk food to free you to eat healthy sugars instead. So far so good!
