R1P3 - officially starts my Phase 3 today, almost no traces of ketosis this morning but it could also due to high fluid intake, hard to tell.
I'll increase my daily calories for today of about 100/200 Calories more of proteins mostly.

BF = 21.4%
BMI = 20.5%
