Hi Maylane......if your food journal is correct, you are not eating properly for Atkins to work its magic on your body! Your calories are too low, which puts your body into 'starvation' mode. Check out the Atkins website for menu plans if you have not already done so. Best of luck!!! I was stuck at 200 for over a week, then was SO glad to finally break through!
