Day one of the weekend-
DH cooks I tried to get one scrambled egg from the pan of five also had 2 pork patties. Lunch Chinese take out. I wanted Singapore chicken so bad but I knew I'd eat the whole thing so I settled for wonton soup no noodles ate it with a fork not a spoon. Dinner- pork rib tips naked. No fries. Sauce smelled good but I resisted. Take out take out take out weekends. 🙄 Monday where r u??!!

I don't do take out. My belief is that cheat days are seldom, not weekends. Not being mean, but that would never work for me

Girl....I know those boys are controlling those menus...and I think you did better with the options you picked than you would have chosen for yourself in the past.

@kissangel- I don't consider this a cheat anything but rather a chance of surviving my everyday life with a bit of normalcy. Takeout will always be a part of my life and I can choose to count it and move forward or sneak it and overeat. My future goals are going to be cooking more!! I wish u the best for your plan and journey.
