Today is my first day again. I have decided to change the low carb diet for a while and count calories since I'm stalling for over two months now. let's see whats gonna happen for the next couple of weeks.

Counting calories always helps me, too. I'm terrible at portioning...always my main problem.

LCHF....Dietdoctor.com.......hard to stay at the 25 carbs....but hoping this week will be different. Wish you the best of luck.
