It's been a beautiful Sunday so far, I'm very impressed that I stayed on track today! Lunch was at the mall, Arby's but I had them lettuce wrap my beef n cheddar (it was way too messy but really good!!). No fries, no bread- success! I convinced my mom to make me Japanese Onabe with Shirataki noodles, tofu, lean sukiyaki beef, lots of Asian veggies. Total calories was 381, very stuffed! Now between bedtime is my danger zone. I know I'm susceptible to snack at this hour because all my previous days have been torturous at this hour. Thanks to my buddies here, I come prepared! I have a cold sparkling water in the fridge, protein bars hidden away... This outta work. Took a Japanese bath today, very steamy good for pores, got good relaxation from the bath. I think early bedtime might be beneficial on curbing the late night snacking. Danger zone hour, here I come!
