Tim Huffman's Dagbog, 18 apr 16

Ate great, averaged 1500 - 1700 calories per day, this week I'll be adding a meal that will be roughly 450 calories. I'm going to eat some eggs in the morning which will increase my calories and my protein. I hope to increase my workout frequency this week to more than 3 times per week.

Week 2 of bootbamp complete, looking forward to week 3. Just hope my old back holds up.
