I am on LCHF for 5 months and my cholesterol shot up through the roof from 171 to 263. I was misinformed as to how this was to work Started out with eggs and bacon every day etc all the wrong choices thinking it was a miracle cure. When logging KNOW your cholesterol input please. I lost 31 lbs as of today but seriously messed up my cholesterol results. I was so uninformed as to choices because I did not do my homework. Did not know my choices for the quick fix method would cause me medical setbacks. I am staying the course because I believe in the science but KNOW your fat choices and don't live on eggs bacon cheese heavy cream alone. Research all avenues to a LCHF diet and don't depend on a quick fix program. KNOW your diet and how your body responds.
