Am in day five of the diet now and following it pretty closely. I'm sure that I didn't lose 5 pounds in two days, but I think that this is my accurate weight and it's definitely a decrease since my doc. visit last month.
The hardest time for me is the morning, I miss having cereal or a bagel for breakfast. This morning, for instance, I took the kids to buy our usual weekend breakfast treat: muffins, bagel, fruit, and a donut. Of course I didn't eat any of that so had to make my own eggs and such when we got back. Thankfully I had help with that, I was more than a little cranky during that escapade. Reminds me that I need to do a better job of taking care of my own needs earlier.
I've also done well with keeping up in my exercise. 40 min run/walk followed by core strengthening exercises on Thursday and Sat.
So far so good!
