I woke up this morning and had to get my walk in but was fearful because I knew the rain was coming. I got one mile away from home and the drizzle started. I speed up my pace and got home 2 minutes before it started to pour. Whew, the Lord was surly with me today. Scale says down another pound. That was a surprise since I just went down Monday. I thought a 500 calorie deficit a day yields a one pound loss a week. I had expected to just maintain for a few days, so I may see some fluctuation this week. Benefits I am seeing so far: • I sleep better • I feel happy • I have met such great people on this website!
