Did my walk/jog yesterday. That when pretty well but when the bugs started to get to me I quit after my minimum 3 miles. Later I watched Biggest Loser and worked out the whole time it was on like usual. I might do one of my workout DVD tonight though, really get some sweet going. Besides I haven’t done them in awhile and I’m sure that they would really work my butt off.
