Just got back from a 10 day vacation in South Carolina. I have not been following the menu because of difficulty in recording restaurant etc. I have not weighed myself either I am going to give it a day to purge the restaurant salt diet out of my system along with the water retention and then step on the scale. Wish me luck.

OK, I stepped on the scale today and discovered I only gained just under 2 pounds. That is a huge victory since 10 days of southern restaurant cooking is never good, or too good as the case may be. I am thinking that after so much time on the program, my body is just not craving the same bad things or the volume. I am sure there is still some water in there but overall, I am really happy about this.
