I've gone running today. I enjoy it a lot, it's my favorite type of workout, and it's something I always come back to. I have an application on my phone that is meant to help you train for your first 5K - because the thing is, I don't want just to lose weight, I also want to join a 10K or even a half-marathon one day. In this way I focus on more than just one benefit of exercising, and I think it will get me more committed :D

I also ate pizza afterwards - it was my boyfriend's easy and delicious recipe, and it was waiting for me on the table when I came home, how could I say no?

And I realised it's been a week without sweets and desserts for,apart from some honey a few days ago, YAY!
