Day 8 Whole30:
Because I can not weigh myself until July 1st I will be recording the same weight from my June 1st weight. I am someone who steps on the scale everyday and to not have checked my weight in a week is a BIG feat for me. I felt a little anxious this morning, but I got out of the house and got my workouts done. I'm feeling good and really relearning how to cook. Today I made the most delicious homemade mayo and ranch dressing. Wow, what a lifestyle change. Thanks for the support and encouragement. I am freezing blueberries and grapes thanks to a FS suggestion.
