Today I did a test 5K. For the first time in my life I ran 1.1 mile, then I walked a bit, then I ran 1.2 miles. IT FEELS SOOOO GOOD to me here. Tomorrow is my day off from exercise but I am soooo energized that I want to go tomorrow morning. I can’t wait!

Thank you. My husband was RIGHT, music makes all the difference! I actually LOVE to run which is something I NEVER thought I would ever say. And I mean I was soooooo horrified by running, that even now I try to get out of it with every excuse until I am there and running and then the during part...I LOVE. So funny.
