Day 24 Whole30: I had a meeting at my home last night and had a great turn out. The refreshments were on my plan and everything went well. This morning I upped my weights in Body Pump and felt so accomplished when I finished. I am loving my energy and strength. I'm going to visit a senior friend today, I'm looking forward to absorbing some of her wisdom today. Have a great weekend EVERYONE and BE WELL!
