Wow what a weekend, topped it off with a 9.6 mile run mtn.park/5 forks/lacke lucern/and back. Drank too many beers this weekend and starting today my goal is 3 per night...Woosh that's gonna be a challange. Gary has been coughing at night and choking a bit on his dranage...gonna keep an eye on that. Moms birthday is today and Pam and I ar gonna do the Tracy anderson workout...Off to a great start uup and attem at 9:00 not bad...
