I did manage to lose while doing this challenge, but I can't say I really did that well on the challenge. Took my mom out to eat for the holiday weekend - BBQ. I thought, how bad can it be? Well, I've been off sugar for over a month and that sauce made me feel poisoned! I'm still at 207, I mostly kept to not eating after 5 - MOSTLY, not entirely - and I did lose about an inch. So, looking forward to trying again :)
