After a few bumps in the road from this past holiday and other events I am going back down and at a brisk yet steady pace. I recently started eating an activia yogurt every day for about a week now and I think that's alot of what is helping me bring my weight back down. It seems to be helping my body get out all those toxins and what not that make people bloated and make it harder to shed weight. I'll have a better idea in about a month if it's a significant enough factor but so far so good.
