So, no change in weight, but a continued HUGE change in energy (which will probably lead to more weight loss.) No more brain fog, headaches, and lethargy in the afternoon. I am astounded at the difference a little iron makes! Exercising at the gym 5 days a week-- consists of walking anywhere from 1 to 2.5 miles (uphill), then doing various weight machines and Callanetics afterwards. All that in addition to gardening in the hot, humid weather for a couple hours a day too. Veggies are starting to blossom and grow, nothing quite ready for pickin' yet. Zukes and tomatoes will probably be the first up. Well, gotta fed the squirt before swimming lessons, so off I go. Have a most blessed day!!!!
