Thank you for all the support! Today I just started a 30 minute aerobic and stretch workout after a long break. I have a fitness orientation at a local gym and then I am going to start using their equipment and workout with a buddy there. I will still do some aerobic dvd workouts at home until I am in better shape so I can join aerobics at the facility. I am determined to lose this weight! Hope everyone is doing well in their journey of losing weight and being healthy!
