Weight fell to 199.5 when I got home from work yesterday and that is what I am going with this morning. :) I can hardly cut down anymore; was hoping for a little more loss by now. Sigh.........
90,5 kg Indtil videre tabt: 0 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 15,6 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.

Don't be discouraged; the body will take its own sweet time in adjusting to your reduction in weight. Keep doing what you are doing; slow and steady will win the race! Congratulations on the reduction! You CAN do this!
